New Avenues to Independence is seeking a fellow to work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team and the Board of Directors to guide, develop and implement organizational culture and structure change to help the agency's mission to sustain and thrive. The Fellow will lead New Avenues through the stages of organizational culture and structure change including the planning and analysis, design and implementation. The Fellow will deliver change management, organization design, culture and technology adoption solutions that enable the success of transformation (culture and structure) goals. The Fellow will use data-driven solutions to address the human factors affecting New Avenues' ability to reach its strategic objectives.
The mission of New Avenues to Independence is to provide opportunities for people with disabilities and special needs to become more independent and productive members of society by offering the highest quality support services and developing innovative and inclusive programs.
New Avenues To Independence provides services to over 750 men, women and children throughout Northeast Ohio. Our primary counties of service are Cuyahoga, Lake and Ashtabula, with offices in Cleveland and Ashtabula and an operating budget of $14 million. We have over 350 staff, approximately 2/3rds of whom are direct support professionals. The remaining are administrators and management staff.
Term: 1,000 hours over a 12 month period
Location: Cleveland, OH
