BVU's Encore Fellows program matches you with a nonprofit organization where you can help build capacity, grow strategically and, ultimately, have a broader impact on your community. As a half-time employee of a nonprofit for one year, the Encore Fellowship will leverage your skills and experience as you transition from your midlife career to your next phase. Nonprofit agencies need your skills in marketing, communications, strategy and planning, information technology, operations, performance management, human resources, financial management and engineering. Pro Bono Corps (skills-based
Share your specialized expertise and talents to strengthen the infrastructure of a nonprofit. Help to build and sustain a nonprofit organization's capacity to successfully achieve its mission. Experience in human resources, technology, finance, marketing, real estate, law, business planning, coaching and other professions are needed to help nonprofits with specific projects. Encore ACTS is a group of adults, age 50+, who identify a need at a nonprofit and come together as a group to tackle that project.
