The Team Volunteer Project Process

Request

Businesses contact BVU with their team project needs.
Nonprofits contact BVU with their need for a group of volunteers.

Define

Businesses provide the goals and parameters of their desired project to help BVU find the perfect fit.
Nonprofits meet with BVU to determine project details such as volunteer expectations and scope.

Refer

Businesses select their top 2-3 projects from a list of matches provided by BVU, then relax while BVU handles the rest.
Nonprofits are notified when their project matches the needs of a volunteer group, then work with BVU to coordinate details.

{Every year we do a Done-in-a-Day volunteer project called Fields for the Future. This is a project where our employees volunteer their time to renovate and beautify a baseball field in the City of Cleveland. BVU does a lot of behind-the-scenes work for us to set it up so that when we go out there that day, it’s really easy for people to engage and just get into the work and have a great day.
