Encore Fellow Informational Breakfast
A breakfast for nonprofit leadership
Do you want to build the capacity of your nonprofit and increase your impact in your community?
Can you use a highly-skilled professional eager to engage in meaningful and impactful work at your nonprofit?
Agencies, both large and and small, including Boys / Girls Clubs of Cleveland, Holden Arboretum and Gardens, Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, The Centers, DigitalC and many other have engaged Encore Fellows to focus on strategic concerns, to manage growth, and to design earned income opportunities.
Imagine how the right person working for you on a specific project for 10 - 20 hours a week can help advance your mission. The fellow can free up your time so you can focus on long-term, strategic initiatives, letting you use your time more efficiently.
Join us for this informational breakfast to learn about how BVU's Encore Fellows Program can provide your nonprofit access to talent and expertise you can afford.

Thomas Reuter, Encore Fellow, BVU: The
Center for Nonprofit Excellence
Thomas works with nonprofits to match them to the Fellow they need. He will help the nonprofit identify the project: this includes working out timeline, deliverables, and measurable goals. He will then recruit, screen and present candidates to nonprofits with the skills required to successfully complete the fellow engagement.
