Strategic Planning Implementation: Have Your Intentions Come to Life?
Need assistance implementing your strategic plan?
Are stakeholders exhausted from planning and have little energy left for implementation?
Do action plans seem complicated to develop and difficult to update and manage?
Does your plan collect dust rather than move your organization forward?
We often put a great deal of time into developing strategic
plans that never come to reality. Our well-crafted strategies
need "legs" in order to move the organization forward. Who, what,
when? If your strategic plan is "sitting on the bookshelf" or you
want to jumpstart implementation, join us in this hands-on
Action plans are frequently complicated to develop and difficult to manage. The workshop will introduce tools and approaches that make implementation easier. Topics will cover strategic planning models, best practices in strategic planning implementation, and tools to help with this effort. We would like each participant to bring their organization's strategic plan to the seminar, if available.
